I would highly recommend Arleane. I bought an apartment in San Juan, Pr and she helped me through the whole process. Arleane was very informative and she helped me get in contact with the prior owner to resolve any issues and or to answer questions. She helped assure that all of the items on my inspection list were taken care of promptly and she sent emails to document any conversations we had. Lastly I would add that if she was able to gain expertise in Puerto Rico where the market is much more complicated. I would imagine that she is already way ahead of the game in Texas.
